WAVES

At the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula, the waters of the Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of California meet. There lies a freshwater coastal oasis known as the San José del Cabo Estuary. The unique ecological combination at this site results in remarkable biodiversity in the estuary, considered one of the most important and most threatened wetlands in northwestern Mexico.

Most of my wave photographs are taken in this endangered paradise. My mission is to create awareness of the beauty and magic of this place through the power of my images and invite the community to take action to preserve this sacred land.
